General Wu Teh-chen, the Governor of Canton, who is visiting Hong-kong for a few days, to-day called on the Governor, Sir Geoffry Northcote, in return for the latter's recent visit to Canton.

General Wu Teh-chen is meeting the Chinese leaders at Hong-kong to express thanks for their generous subscriptions to China War Loan bonds and war charities.
